I think there may have been two !!!!! The grill (assuming that the original one was re-plated) and not just used for the fit-out But in the photo below, look at the wing hold bracket in the top right. It is the only bit of metal where you can see the underlying ravages of (ex) rust, painted over. For such a small piece of pretty easily fabricated metal work, you wonder why it was kept.
