We just got the official word that our premiere vintage racing event here in the USA was canceled. Yup, the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion will not be held this year, along with the Pebble Beach Concourse, and all the other many car events associated with the world famous Monterey car week. Sad for all the car ethusiast that make this an annual event, but devastating to all the businesses that relay on this week that is the highlight of their yearly sales.

So, enjoy this video of Kevin Adair taking the outright win with his 1960 Canadian Works Lightweight 3000 in the 2017 event, 1955-1962 GT grid. He runs away from a strong field of Porsches, Corvettes, Morgans, etc...

Goodwood have just recently took the decision not to hold the Festival of Speed and Revival this year.

Interestingly Motorsport UK has recently ( 18th June) announced plans for restarting motorsport across its eleven sporting disciplines....

First rallye will be end of August. At least the first that will be of interest to me. And at the banked circuit at Monthléry in October.
