Photobucket seems to have turned nasty and wants me to pay $400 a year to use 3rd party hosting for my images on forums. Anyone else found this? Apparently the terms and conditions and everything else seems to have changed yesterday (28th June) forcing users to pay exorbitant amounts to keep 3rd party hosting either $400 per year or $60 a year for the basic.
The site is buggy as hell, plastered in adverts that create lots of pop-ups and is generally useless.

Im OK at the moment. Mine is only 16% full !, but as you say lots of adverts that get in the way, as clunky to use at times. I will look for somewhere new. Ive read about some elsewhere

Likewise, not been asked to pay anything at the moment, but seriously dislike using the photobucket site. The loading of pics on here is straight forward.

You can download an entire Photobucket album's worth of images in one fell swoop.
Find the album you want to download by first navigating to the Library. Select the Album you wish to download. Look in the lower right corner of the page for "Album Action" and find the link to Download Album.
Once downloaded on to your PC then upload to your new hosting provider.

...and then spend the next five years changing all the image links that you have posted on various websites...
Cheers R.
