Did you manage to get the parts you were after?
The 3.54 diff is available from a number of sources, depending if you just want to but the parts or have it fitted, which saves a lot of hassle.
Re the Steering box, all of the main suppliers have these, I picked my one up from DWM on the basis of positive feedback from one of the specialists and have been happy with the quality.
